Welcome to Proper Fit. By accessing or using properfit.shop (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. About Us
Proper Fit is operated from Finland and sells workout accessories and gym gear. Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including Zendrop.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
You may purchase as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
4. Products and Pricing
We do our best to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. We don't guarantee that all information is error-free and reserve the right to correct errors, modify product information, or cancel orders affected by such errors. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
MagSafe compatibility: Our products are designed to work with MagSafe-compatible cases on iPhones (model 12 and later) or any phone using a MagSafe-compatible ring or adapter. "MagSafe" is a trademark of Apple Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
5. Orders, Payment, and Shipping
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments or another approved processor. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and the Proper Fit name — is the property of Proper Fit or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or our products for unlawful purposes, to infringe on others' rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape data, or to interfere with the Site's operation.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Our products are gym accessories intended for adult use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proper Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Proper Fit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@properfit.shop. If we can't resolve informally, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Finland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws allow you to bring claims locally. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
