30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not 100% happy with your Proper Fit purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No drama, no long forms.
How to Return
To start a return, email us at returns@properfit.shop with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (helps us improve future products)
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original or near-original condition (light use is fine — we know you'll want to try it).
- Original packaging is helpful but not required.
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover everything. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged unit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
Need a different color? Email returns@properfit.shop and we'll arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged through misuse or accident (not original defect)
- Gift cards
EU/UK Customers
If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, in addition to our 30-day guarantee. To exercise this right, email returns@properfit.shop within 14 days of delivery.
