Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. Other countries may be added in the future — drop your email at the bottom of any page to be notified.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
- United States: 8–14 business days from dispatch
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs (rare for US-bound orders).
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- $5 flat rate on orders under $50
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check order status by logging into your account at properfit.shop.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your delivery estimate has passed by more than 5 business days, email support@properfit.shop. We'll investigate and either re-ship or refund — whichever you prefer.
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and we can't change it. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs or import fees. If we expand to other countries in the future, customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their local authorities.
